Stuffed Faroe Salmon
Out of all the food I tried, this one wins the renowned hypothetical debate.
If you had to have one entree for the rest of your life, which one would you have?
Let me try and make my case:
When Hollywood portrays Heaven, the director has the Farroe Islands in mind. If you have not heard of these islands stop reading this. Google: faroe island denmark lake above ocean. Then come back.
These Islands besides their ethereal beauty gives us the Farroe Island Salmon. I can delve into the culinary details onto why this is version of salmon is superior, but I will not. For now, I could only say the fatty skin that extenuates the protein makes it surreal. Add Chef Alex's stuffing into this masterpiece, and lay it over fingerling potatoes, and asparagus. My God! What have we done!!! Come give it a try - and try it with our Harbor Town Sauvignon Blanc. If you do not fancy wine - check our hand crafted Martini list that Wendy and Megan put together. (I usually do both).
